Academic Supervisor

Teacher Performance and Classroom Monitoring

Observe classroom teaching and provides feedback to teachers.

Ensures teachers follow planned curriculum and use effective methods

Mentors and supports teachers with classroom management and student engagement.

Tacks teacher performance and suggests improvements or training needs

Reports to the co-ordinator or principal on teaching strengths and gaps.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹38,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
