As we expand into new markets and channels, we are looking for a talented Account Manager – Accounts Payable to join our growing finance team.
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Invoice & Expense Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and client payments in compliance with internal financial policies.
Statutory Compliance & Tax Filing: Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and company Income Tax Returns (ITR) within statutory deadlines.
Global Compliance Management: Manage all legal and financial compliances under Indian, US, and UK government regulations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate balance sheets and financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors, clients, and statutory authorities to facilitate smooth financial operations.
Account Reconciliation & Reporting: Generate and present regular financial reports summarizing accounts payable, receivable, and payroll activities.
Audit & Period-End Support: Support internal and external audit processes and assist with month-end and year-end financial closings.
Tax Advisory Support: Assist management with tax-related issues and strategic tax planning.
US Taxation Expertise: Demonstrate strong working knowledge of U.S. taxation rules and procedures.
Tax Form Review: Conduct thorough reviews of U.S. federal tax forms (1040, 1120, 1065) and applicable state forms to ensure accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience Indian Taxation, Having knowledge of US and Dubai Based taxation is added advantage
Accounting Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at managing relationships with vendors, clients, and team members.
Teamwork & Independence: Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
