Accountant (MALE CANIDATE ONY)

Job Title:Accountant

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
Experience Level: Up to 2 years
Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations at our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, preparing profit and loss (P&L) statements, handling taxation, and generating financial reports and statements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records in Tally and ensure timely data entry.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit & Loss statements.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings and compliance.
Generate and manage balance sheets, cash flow, and other financial statements.
Coordinate with internal teams to track income and expenditures related to campaigns and client accounts.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Liaise with auditors and ensure timely audit completion.
Monitor bank transactions, reconcile statements, and manage petty cash.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a marketing or service-based company.
Proficient in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
Good understanding of P&L management, financial statements, and taxation laws (GST, TDS).
Proficient in MS Excel and general accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred:

Experience in handling accounts for digital marketing or IT services companies.
Knowledge of Zoho Books or QuickBooks is a plus.
