Admin Executive
RETAIL SCAN: Admin Executive
Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of organization including managing the vendors, housekeepers & Infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Managing Infrastructure
Managing and ensuring proper functioning of all office infrastructure like ACs, and office equipment like printers, vending machines, etc.
Managing paraprofessionals related infrastructure matters like electricians/plumbers/carpenters etc.
Facility Management – Housekeeping / Security / Catering Services
Assigning Duties to Housekeeping
Stationery / Courier
Catering
Purchase Material/Services in consultation with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team
Identifying Vendor
Inviting, comparing and negotiating quotes
Accepting bills, checking & releasing for payment to Finance
Defining SLAs
Vendor Management
Monitoring the performances of vendors and providing input to the team
Maintain copies of contract/agreement as received from vendors.
Meeting vendors to discuss issues in case of poor service quality etc.
Managing Admin Budget
Monitoring the expenses related to general admin.
Suggesting and executing cost-saving measures from time to time without compromising on quality and timeliness of delivery
Travel
SPOC for all travel needs.
Look into travel requirements like ticketing, hotel bookings, vehicle arrangement, etc. (by looking and negotiating at the cheapest option)
Employee Engagement
Planning and organizing employee engagement activities
Skills and Qualifications:
Understanding of Excel
Good verbal and written skills
Plus 6 months experience
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
