Job Title – Data Administrator

Location – Remote (India)

Shift- Us Shift (Night Shift)

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Administrator to support our staffing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, clients, and assignments. Your work will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and a positive experience for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:

· Enter and update candidate, client, and assignment information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM platforms.

· Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.

· Support recruiters and account managers by preparing and maintaining documentation related to onboarding, assignments, and compliance.

· Respond to internal requests for data updates, corrections, or reports in a timely manner.

· Assist with document control, including uploading resumes, contracts, and compliance forms.

· Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from candidates and contingent employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

· Collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and payroll teams to ensure seamless onboarding, assignment changes, and offboarding processes.

· Maintain document control and ensure all candidate and client records meet internal and regulatory standards.

· Contribute to a positive candidate and client experience by enabling smooth and timely processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● 2 years’ experience in staffing, recruiting operations, administration or related field

● Computer skills – ability to use computer systems to communicate and track HR data, including Google Suite, MS Office

● English

● Other skills or experience required and relevant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
