Administrative Engineering Executive

Position: Administrative Engineer – Environmental Technology Startup Role

We are seeking a resourceful and adaptable Administrative Engineer to support our Environmental Technology Startup. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow quickly in a startup environment, where responsibilities are dynamic and learning opportunities are abundant. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have at least two years of experience in an engineering support or coordination role.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and maintain an up-to-date understanding of all aspect of the technology and the market opportunity.
For bidding support, create project proposals, reports, and client-facing PowerPoint presentations.
For procurement support, conduct vendor coordination, material tracking, and procurement documentation.
For client management, communicate with the customers and stakeholders to provide updates and clarify requirements.
Maintain technical documents, contracts, drawings, and compliance records.
Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial). Environmental engineering or background preferred.
Minimum 2 year of experience in a technical role.
Must have good communication skills; basic fluency in English required.
Basic Software Proficiency (minimum required: Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Must be able to read engineering documentation.
Self-driven and adaptable to changing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
