Work Location: Marg Swarnabhoomi, Velur Village, Cheyyur Post, Chengalpattu – 603302.
Work Timings: 08.00am ~ 05.00pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
To ensure that school requirements are interpreted carefully and academic requirements of teachers and other staff are administered timely and cost effectively.
· To take care of marketing, students admissions, enrollment with CBSE and State/ District Education Office and other related work
· To furnish the statutory and legal requirements for affiliation, enrollment and examination and Liaisoning with CBSE and State/District Education Office.
· To take care of all facility management.
· To keep track of all the fee payments made by the student and take necessary action wherever required
· Directing the Administrative staff to finish the task within specific time
· Oversee all monitoring of Housekeeping, Security, Gardner, Bus Drivers with respect to Bio Metrics and Manual Attendance. And attendance closing at the end of each month.
· To adhere to the SOPs / Templates / Process for purchase, facilities management, cash and bank transactions, and other administrative activities
· To follow a team-oriented approach to the services for supporting the academic standards and regulations of the School
· Participate in the orientation/induction of new faculty members, and education of all faculty and staff in line with the rules and regulations of the Management
· Leading and directing the admin team during Guest Welcome, Annual Day, Prize Ceremony, Sports Day, Annual Function, and all such events as and when required
· To improve quality of learning environment and maximize use of facilities from time to time
· To arrange workshops and exhibitions in the school campus
· To monitor sports and cultural activities in the school under guidance of Principal and other teaching staff
· Oversee IT, Security, Health and safety, campus and facilities in the School
· Procure supplies from SAI-Head Office as needed from vendors or suppliers to ensure proper, prompt & fair delivery on minimized expenditure.
· Responsible for Goods delivery and maintaining proper Inward and Outward Registers.
· To ensure cost optimization and revenue generation without compromising on quality of education imparted in school
· To coordinate with school consultant/advisor for all developmental activities
· To engage community and parents in various allied activities of school
· To act as a custodian of School and ensure safety, protection and proper utilization of School property and assets.
· Ensure any local issues from nearby areas are resolved
· To perform other duties of a similar nature or level and as guided by the Principal/Director or SAI-HO
· Flexibility to work in other roles as required for the development and expansion of the School or as suggested by the Principal
· Flexibility to travel other places as and when required by the School
· Complete Assets maintenance with proper register.
· Perform other duties assigned by Principal and Director.
Requirement & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree / MBA in administration is preferred.
· 9+ years of experience in administration & operation, experience in academic institution is plus
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Experience with MS office suits will be added advantage.
· Should stay in the campus provided
