Job Responsibilities :

Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.

Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.

Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.

Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.

Basic Responsibility : You need to call the leads and talk to them about the courses we provide and convince then for enrolling with us.. basically converting the calls into admissions.*

Qualification: Graduates/Post Graduates

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 Year experience in sales

Preferred candidate from education sector

Age – 25+

Working Days : 6 Days working -Sunday Fixed Off

Notice Period: Immediate joining preferred.
