Admission Counselor

A pre-primary admission counselor primarily acts as the first point of contact for prospective parents, guiding them through the admissions process for pre-primary programs. They provide information about the school’s programs, curriculum, and admission procedures, and support parents throughout the application process. Their role also involves maintaining records, building relationships with families, and contributing to the school’s overall enrollment goals.

Information and Guidance:Clearly explaining the school’s pre-primary programs, admission requirements, and application procedures to prospective parents.
Communication & Support:Maintaining regular communication with parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings, addressing their queries and concerns throughout the admission process.
Application Management:Assisting parents with completing application forms, gathering necessary documentation, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Relationship Building:Building rapport with prospective families and creating a positive and welcoming experience during the admissions process.
Conversion & Reporting:Working towards achieving enrollment targets by effectively converting leads into admissions and preparing reports on admission activities.
School Representation:Representing the school at recruiting events and providing information about the pre-primary program.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹12,229.15 per month
