Admission Counselor (Remote, Work-from-Home)
Experience: 3–5 years in school admissions counseling
Role Overview
Ignify Solutions is looking for a proactive and results-driven female Admission Counselor, preferably based in Mumbai, to join our team remotely. You’ll support our school-focused projects by nurturing relationships with partner schools, conducting daily morning huddle calls, engaging in business development (BD), tracking partnerships, preparing campus reports, and assisting with research and hiring.
Key Responsibilities1. Daily Coordination & Morning Huddles
Conduct a daily morning huddle call with all partner schools to align on activities, progress, and upcoming tasks.
Track follow-ups, inquiries, and action items from each school.
2. Business Development & Relationship Management
Follow up with school leadership and admission teams to analyze performance, overcome challenges, and explore additional collaboration opportunities.
Closely monitor the flow and progress of school tie-ups, ensuring milestones are tracked and documented.
3. Operational Tracking & Reporting
Prepare a clear, concise daily campus engagement report, detailing student registrations, counselor interactions, and progress.
Maintain CRM updates and escalate issues in a timely manner.
4. Support for School Projects
Assist with admission events, information sessions, and orientation programs.
Conduct research on competing schools, local trends, and effective admission strategies.
Support recruitment efforts for school counselors or support staff as needed.
Qualifications & Skills Experience
3–5 years in school admissions counseling or a similar education-facing role.
Proven track record in managing partnerships and driving admissions growth.
Core Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities—able to manage daily follow-ups, reporting, and coordination with ease.
Independent self-starter who thrives in a remote working environment.
Technical Proficiency
Comfortable with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online reporting tools.
Skilled in preparing performance reports and maintaining tracking systems.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Certifications in counseling, marketing, or project management are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
