Job Opening: Admission Counselor (Sales) | Remote | Female Candidates Preferred

Role Overview: As an Admission Counselor, you’ll engage with prospective learners, understand their goals, and help them make informed decisions about upskilling programs. Your communication and empathy will play a vital role in converting interest into impact.

Job Details:

Role: Admission Counselor (Sales)

Experience: 6 months – 3 years (ed-tech or inside sales preferred)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred

Annual CTC: ₹3,60,000 – ₹4,80,000

Fixed Pay: ₹3,00,000/year

Variable Pay: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000/year (performance-based)

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel potential learners via calls, chats, and emails

Match candidates with suitable tech programs based on their goals

Drive enrollment and revenue through consultative selling

Build trust and maintain follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding

Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless sales pipeline
