Admissions Coordinator

The Admissions Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing strategies aimed at student recruitment across multiple regions including Punjab, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, North East States, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Rajasthan. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving student inquiries, and generating quality leads for admissions through targeted outreach and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional marketing campaigns to support student enrollment goals.
Conduct market research to understand regional education trends, student interests, and competitor activities.
Organize and participate in education fairs, school visits, seminars, and outreach programs across assigned territories.
Build partnerships with local schools, coaching centers, consultants, and community organizations to promote the institution.
Distribute promotional materials and manage advertising in regional newspapers, radio, social media, and outdoor media.
Work with the creative team to develop region-specific brochures, banners, and digital content.
Generate leads through campaigns, track conversion rates, and report ROI on various marketing activities.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure effective follow-up with interested candidates.
Maintain a calendar of marketing events and ensure timely execution of all plans.
Represent the institution as a brand ambassador across all outreach activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
4-5 years of experience in educational marketing, student recruitment, or territory-based sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience with digital marketing and traditional advertising channels.
Ability to travel extensively across multiple Indian states.
Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, CRM platforms, and marketing software.
Fluency in English and at least one regional language from the listed locations is a plus.
NOTE : This is a field-based position that requires extensive travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
