AUDIT AND TAX ASSISTANT AT MUMBAI (RECENT WORK EXPOSURE OF MINIMUM 2 YEARS IN CA FIRM)

SANDEEP GHELANI & CO, a firm of Chartered Accountants is a professionally managed firm by its proprietor SANDEEP D. GHELANI, practising in the following areas of chartered accountancy since last more than 25 years.

Candidates having recently worked in CA firms (not industry) for at least 2 years and having exposure in the field of audit, direct and indirect taxation. ALSO ONLY THOSE CANDIDATES WHO ARE STAYING IN THE VICINITY OF OUR OFFICE AREA (WESTERN SUBURBS OF MUMBAI) SHOULD APPLY FOR THIS POST. CANDIDATES STAYING NOT IN MUMBAI, SHOULD NOT APPLY FOR THIS POST.

Detailed work exposure in the field of computation of income and tax liability, filing of income tax returns, preparation of tax audit report u/s. 44AB of the Income Tax Act, working of TDS and filing of returns, filing of income tax appeals, computation of GST liability and filing of GST monthly and annual returns including GST audits, reply to various notices of income tax, GST, VAT, service tax, profession tax, etc, working out profession tax liability and filing of returns, finalisation of accounting in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime 3.0 software, etc.

Job responsibilities will be as follows :

Conducting statutory/income tax/GST audits.
Income tax computation and return filing.
Income tax TDS computation and return filing.
Submission of replies to various notices on the portal of income tax, GST, etc.
Monthly and annual GST returns filings.
Book keeping and accounting in Tally Prime 3.0 software.
The candidates should possess good communication skills and should have advanced practical knowledge of working in MS word and MS excel and using income tax / GST softwares. They should also possess skills to work on the portal of Income Tax and GST.

Only those candidates having recent exposure of working in CA office for at least 1-2 years in the above areas should apply for this post. Candidates having worked in industry i.e. Private organisations in various industries, apart from CA office, should not apply for this post.

Also only those candidates residing in the vicinity of our office or those residing in Mumbai western suburbs and not those residing at far off places from our office, should apply for this post, so as to avoid hassles of travelling.
