Back Office Assistant
Dear All,
Currently looking for Back office work handling person in our Mumbai Head office. Please find below details:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Responsible for preparing orders against customer orders / approved quotations.
– Following up for order confirmation.
– Updating Customer masters & verifying data with Blue PDM.
– Sending RFQ, comparing prices with old ones.
– Coordination with the internal team as per requirement.
SKILLS:
– Strong towards Advance Excel and Word.
– Must be good in Vlookup, Pivot table & data comparison.
– Good communication (English, Hindi).
– Any Graduate.
Western line candidates would be preferable.
Outstation candidates do not apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
