Back Office Executive
Job Summary: The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth settlement of trades, client account management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordination with other teams to support front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify client account opening forms (KYC & documentation). Ensure smooth settlement of trades in equity, derivatives, commodities, and currency segments. Reconcile daily transactions and client ledgers. Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to trading, payouts, and client activities.
Coordinate with exchanges, depositories (NSDL/CDSL), and clearing members for operational tasks. Monitor margin requirements and ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations.
Handle client queries related to account statements, contract notes, and payouts. Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all back-office operations. Key Skills & Competencies: Good knowledge of stock broking operations, depository processes, and trading lifecycle.
Proficiency in MS Excel and back-office software (ODIN, NEST, or similar platforms). Attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and coordination skills. Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Economics or related field 5 – 7 years of experience in stock broking
NISM certifications (Equity / Derivatives / Depository Operations) will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
