Backend Executive

Urgently Hiring: Backend Executive

Location: Technology Park, Sector 8, IMT Manesar

Position: 2 Openings

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (In-hand)

Qualification: Graduate

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience: 2-4 years in same domain

Saturday: Work From Home

Cab: Both Side Cab Provided

Process: Calling + Backend

Gender: Male & Female Both Can Apply

Communication: Fluent in English

Skills & Responsibilities:

* Good written and oral communication skills

* Handle customer requests via emails and calls, and provide solutions along with backend operational support

* Schedule engineer visits to customer sites

* Follow up with customers for site preparation

* Coordinate with engineers to address any installation challenges and ensure timely service (within TAT)

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Good organizational and time-management skills

* Basic decision-making ability

* Computer proficiency is a must

* Should have a strong sense of integrity and a customer-first attitude

* Must be open to a flexible working schedule
