Role Overview

The Senior Executive – Deal Management will oversee and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of sales and procurement deals in the stainless steel industry. This role involves managing contracts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring deals are executed efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing complex negotiations, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of market trends in stainless steel products.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Execution & Coordination
Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients and suppliers.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
Monitor deal progress, identify risks, and propose corrective measures.
Market Analysis & Strategy
Analyze market trends, pricing, and demand forecasts to recommend competitive pricing strategies.
Identify and pursue opportunities to maximize deal profitability.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to deal management.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all contracts and transactions comply with company policies and legal standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of all deals, including terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for deal performance and profitability.
Prepare regular reports for management on deal outcomes and areas for improvement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
