Role Overview

We are looking for a polished, energetic and self-motivated School Onboarding Executive to spearhead our expansion into schools across Mumbai. This is a hybrid sales and relationship management role, where you’ll directly engage with school decision-makers (Chairpersons, Principals, CEOs) to introduce Mentora Overseas as their preferred career counselling partner.
This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building trust, and influencing decision-makers in the education space.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to schools across Mumbai to pitch Mentora Overseas’ career counselling services.
Set up and attend meetings with school principals, chairpersons, CEOs, and coordinators.
Present Mentora’s offerings in a professional and compelling manner (in-person or online).
Lead the onboarding process from first meeting to full partnership — including documentation, training, and internal coordination.
Conduct product demos and training sessions for school staff and faculty.
Act as the key point of contact for newly onboarded schools, ensuring smooth adoption and usage.
Maintain detailed records of outreach, meetings, onboarding progress, and follow-ups.
Work closely with the Mentora counselling and support teams to ensure effective handovers.

Qualifications & Requirements

1–3 years of relevant experience in school sales, onboarding, or partnerships.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate fluently in English (and preferably local languages).
Confident in engaging with school leadership and senior stakeholders.
Comfortable with both field visits and in-office coordination work.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office/Google Suite and CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in counselling, education consulting, school relations, or edtech are strongly preferred.
Prior exposure to career counselling or education advisory is a big plus.
