Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Counsellor to guide aspiring students through our range of career-oriented programs. You’ll be the first point of contact for walk-in and online leads, playing a key role in converting inquiries into admissions.

Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students about our courses in aviation, ground staff, hospitality, and travel & tourism
Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Explain course benefits, fees, and career opportunities
Assist students with admissions, registrations, and documentation
Work towards monthly admission targets
Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in counselling, sales, or tele-calling (education sector preferred)
Friendly, confident, and target-driven personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
