Full job description
Position: Client Engagement MIS – Associate

Department: Client Engagement

Location: Navi Mumbai (Full-Time, On-Site)

Reporting To: Head – HR Culture & Organizational Excellence / Head – Client engagement

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

1. Client Relationship Monitoring & Reporting

Design and maintain a comprehensive annual reporting format to track client engagement history, key touchpoints, renewal cycles, and satisfaction levels.
Maintain a centralized Client Engagement MIS Dashboard capturing relevant data points and follow-up actions.
2. Training Coordination & Tracking

Log and track all training sessions conducted, including:
Participant lists (internal & client-side)
Training objectives and content
Session feedback and improvements
Maintain accurate session records to support performance tracking and renewal conversations.
3. Client Feedback & Engagement

Conduct regular client feedback interactions via calls and monthly email check-ins.
Maintain well-structured documentation of all feedback, suggestions, and concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and service quality improvements.
4. Client Meetings & Communication

Schedule, attend, and document in-person client meetings (both at client offices if necessary and Biltrax premises).
Share key discussion points and action items with internal stakeholders for prompt execution.
5. Requirement & Delivery Documentation

Maintain detailed documentation of each client’s service requirements, delivery timelines, and outputs.
Ensure all service records and expectations are submitted ahead of resubscription or renewal discussions, accompanied by updated proposals.
7. Client Gifting & Special Occasion Datasets

Maintain an updated database of client birthdays and key milestones.
Ensure timely dispatch of personalized gifts or greetings to enhance client engagement and relationship value.
8. Internal Reporting & Monthly Presentations

Prepare structured monthly client engagement reports and presentations for internal reviews Biltrax Core Team.
Include insights such as client feedback trends, query response analytics, training impact, and renewal status.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

2–4 years of experience in client servicing, post-sales coordination -MIS roles
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and data management
Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong documentation and presentation skills
Highly organized, responsive, and client-focused, with attention to detail
Experience in a B2B or construction-tech environment is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
