About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our growing Mumbai team. You will work closely with our premier clients, including luxury and lifestyle brands, ensuring their briefs are understood, executed, and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams – from briefing to delivery.
Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project flow.
Handle day-to-day client communication, updates, and feedback.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and post-event reports.
Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Support the senior servicing team in managing multiple accounts and campaigns.
Candidate Profile
2–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management within an events or brand activations agency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines.
A good eye for detail and a flair for delivering quality.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
