Job Description

Client Servicing Executive

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations, and communicate these effectively to internal teams.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any issues that may arise.
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, milestones, and any changes to the scope of work.
Gather feedback from clients on their satisfaction with our products or services and address any concerns promptly.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients based on their needs.
Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable to both parties.
Prepare regular reports on client activity, feedback, and performance metrics for management review.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to anticipate client needs and provide strategic advice.
Work proactively to retain existing clients by delivering exceptional service and adding value to the client relationship.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
