Job Description

CRM executive

Interaction with Clients

· Handle Customer calls / queries

· Co-ordinating with customers, sales team & internal stakeholders as required

· Respond to customer’s calls and emails in a timely manner

· Responsible of sending welcome letters, generating allotments, issuing of Demand note / Reminder Letters.

· All other formalities with regard to registration, transfer, cancellation, refund, recovery of outstanding right till possession.

· Good communication skills

· Handling High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs)customers hand hold through the complete process.

· Single point of contact for customers from the booking through the complete life cycle till possession.

· Managing customer receivable with clear targets for collection
