About the role

H2O Enjoyment is hiring an experienced Cruise Party Manager to plan and run premium yacht/cruise parties end-to-end. You’ll own guest experience, coordinate with captains/crew, manage vendors and staff, and ensure every event is safe, smooth, and memorable.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute cruise party operations: run-sheets, staffing, briefings, guest flow, and VIP handling.
Lead on-board service (F&B, entertainment, MC/DJ schedule, décor) and uphold brand standards.
Handle guest queries and escalations professionally; resolve issues on the spot.
Manage vendors (catering, bar, DJs, entertainers, photographers) and negotiate rates.
Own budgets and P&L for events; track inventory, wastage, and post-event reporting.
Recruit, train, and roster part-time hosts/ushers; coach for service excellence.
Work with marketing on promos, packages, influencers, and content capture on board.
Drive upsells (tables, bottles, add-ons) and partnerships with hotels, travel agents, and DMCs.
Must-have qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
3–4+ years in hospitality/events (hotel events, beach club, nightlife, cruise/yacht, or F&B operations).
Strong preference for entertainment/nightlife experience—discos/nightclubs, beach clubs, festivals, live events, or cruise/yacht parties.
Proven customer service excellence and calm handling of difficult situations.
Excellent communication in English, confident with international guests.
Solid operations skills: scheduling, vendor management, cost control, basic Excel/POS.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working on boats/at sea.
Nice to have

VIP/celebrity handling or nightlife venue management experience.
Content/social savvy for live promos and guest engagement.
