Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team. This is a remote-only role for female candidates, focused on delivering top tech talent across a wide range of skill sets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, excellent negotiation and convincing skills, and the ability to close roles quickly through innovative sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions
Source and recruit candidates for technologies including:
Java Fullstack, Angular, React, Python, GenAI, Dotnet, SAP, Salesforce, Azure, and Testing
Identify and utilize multiple sourcing channels like Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, social media, employee referrals, and job forums
Conduct in-depth screening and shortlisting based on job requirements
Schedule interviews, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure closure within set deadlines
Negotiate offers and notice periods, ensuring smooth handover from selection to onboarding
Be proactive in managing candidate backouts/dropouts through continuous engagement
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements
Track and report daily/weekly hiring metrics
Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Domestic IT recruitment best practices
Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to source creatively and build candidate pipelines across platforms
Proven track record of timely closures and handling multiple requirements simultaneously
Capable of handling last-minute dropouts and no-shows professionally
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only (for diversity & inclusion goals)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment
Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
