Ecommerce HR Manager
Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of our ecommerce operations.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for ecommerce teams, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Manage compensation and benefits programs for ecommerce employees, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance ecommerce team skills and performance.
Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR practices.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Foster a positive work culture that aligns with the company’s values and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
