Job Title: Education Counsellor – Frameboxx Bandra (On-site at St. Pauls College, Bandra)

Location: St. Pauls College Campus, Bandra, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: Prior experience in academic counselling or student admissions preferred

Frameboxx is a leading training institute in the field of animation, visual effects, gaming, and multimedia, offering industry-relevant programs designed to equip students with cutting-edge creative skills. At our Bandra centre, we collaborate with institutions like St. Pauls College to bring professional education closer to students through campus-based learning models.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Education Counsellor to be stationed full-time at St. Pauls College, Bandra. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, managing walk-in queries, and driving enrolments for Frameboxx courses offered on campus.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on creative career paths and Frameboxx programs in animation, VFX, multimedia, and gaming
Handle walk-ins, college referrals, and telephonic enquiries
Conduct effective follow-ups and maintain lead conversion data
Coordinate with college authorities for student engagement and awareness activities
Support marketing and seminar initiatives on campus
Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets

Candidate Profile:

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in education counselling, admissions, or edtech sales
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a professional and student-centric approach
Familiarity with the media and creative education space is a plus

Benefits:

Fixed salary between ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month
