Education Counselor

Join Our Team as an Education Counsellor!

We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and growth-oriented Education Counsellor with outstanding communication skills to become part of our high-performing team.

About the Role:

As an Education Counsellor, you’ll be the primary point of contact for students throughout the enrolment journey—from their first enquiry to finalising their payment. Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively engaging with prospective students via phone, email, and social media.
Providing clear, detailed information about our programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
Using CRM systems and other digital tools to manage leads, track conversions, respond to enquiries, generate reports, and keep applicants updated.
Processing applications by following up with leads, assessing submissions, ensuring all pre-enrolment details are accurate, and successfully converting leads into enrolments.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar counselling or sales-related role.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
