As an Academic Counsellor / Education Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of driving sales conversions through telecalling, lead nurturing, and personalised counselling. You’ll play a key role in helping students and parents choose the right educational programs while hitting ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Engage daily with inbound leads through telecalling, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups.
Provide detailed information about courses, offers, and benefits.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs (online courses, workshops, services).
Maintain a high call volume and quick turnaround on inquiries.
Drive lead-to-conversion success and track daily performance in CRM tools.
Deliver persuasive counselling to students and parents.
Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with the reporting head.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align messaging.
Requirements

2–5 years experience in inside sales or education counselling roles.
Strong track record in online course sales, edtech, or academic service promotions.
Excellent communication (spoken and written English & Hindi).
Confident telecaller with the ability to close leads.
Self-starter with discipline in remote working culture.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and call reporting.
