Engineer – New Product Development automobile

Market Research and Analysis:Understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes is crucial. This involves gathering data through surveys, interviews, and analyzing market conditions.
Concept Generation and Evaluation:Brainstorming and developing new product ideas, then evaluating their feasibility, potential, and alignment with business goals.
Product Design and Development:Translating product concepts into detailed specifications, creating prototypes, and overseeing the development process, ensuring quality and functionality.
Testing and Validation:Conducting thorough testing to ensure the product meets quality standards and customer expectations, including usability, performance, and reliability.
Launch and Post-Launch Activities:Developing a marketing strategy, coordinating the product launch, and monitoring product performance after release.
Collaboration and Communication:Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, sales, and potentially external partners.
Budget and Timeline Management:Ensuring that product development projects stay on track and within budget.

Roles and Responsibilities:
