Position: Executive Assistant cum Admin
Reports To: Director, NZ Seasonal Wear
Experience Required: 2–5 years

Role Summary
NZ Seasonal Wear is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant cum Admin to support the Director and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the leadership office. This pivotal role requires a high level of discretion, multitasking, and proactive communication to manage executive responsibilities and administrative functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Provide high-quality, proactive assistance to the Director in all business and operational matters.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics and itineraries.
Prepare high-level business communications, reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Strategic & Project Support
Assist the Director in strategic planning and execution.
Track ongoing projects, ensure timely deliverables, and generate progress reports.
Conduct market and business research; summarize insights for decision-making.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication flow on behalf of the Director.
Draft and review emails, internal memos, and external communications.
Administrative Management
Maintain and organize records, documentation, and reports.
Coordinate internal events, vendor management, office admin tasks, and facility support.
Ensure office operations run smoothly, including supplies, logistics, and compliance.
Meeting & Documentation Support
Organize, attend, and take minutes of key meetings.
Track action items and follow-up to ensure timely closure.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
MBA from a reputed B-School preferred.
2–5 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
Background in Garment Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, or related industries is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Comfortable using AI tools, ChatGPT, and project management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 – ₹65,000.00 per month
