Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Position – Executive Assistant
Location: Malad
Reports to: CEO
Job Overview:
Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient communication. Requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Correspondence Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and mail; draft correspondence.
Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information securely.
Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain files.
Project Support: Assist with research, document preparation, and task tracking.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for internal/external stakeholders.
Event Planning: Coordinate events and company activities.
Task Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 1-5 years as an executive assistant or in administrative support (preferably for a senior leader).
Skills & Abilities:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Discretion with confidential information.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
