Description: We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support one of our Senior Partner, who is actively engaged in high-stakes litigation and arbitration.
This role requires a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized individual who can seamlessly manage the Partner’s professional commitments while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Role & Responsibilities:1. Strategic & Administrative Support: Manage the Senior Partner’s schedule, including court appearances, client meetings, and internal firm commitments.Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and ensure optimal time management.Handle all forms of communication—emails, calls, and correspondence—with professionalism and discretion.Maintain and organize case files, documents, and confidential information with precision.2. Client & Case Coordination: Act as the liaison between the Senior Partner and clients, associates, and external stakeholders.Ensure follow-ups on case-related matters, deadlines, and action items.Assist in preparing legal documents, case summaries, reports, and presentations.Track case developments and provide timely updates to the Partner.3. Legal & Business Operations Support: Assist in research, drafting, and reviewing legal correspondence as required.Coordinate travel arrangements, conference participation, and speaking engagements.Oversee expense management, reimbursements, and invoice processing.Handle confidential and sensitive matters with the highest level of discretion. What We’re Looking For: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a law firm, corporate legal team, or professional services firm. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), legal research tools, and case management software. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to draft professional correspondence, memos, and legal documents. Organizational Ability: Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Professionalism & Discretion: High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
