Executive Assistant to CEO
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and representing the office with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
Organize and support executive meetings, board meetings, and strategic sessions
Coordinate all travel logistics including flights, visas, accommodations, and itineraries
Accompany the CEO on national and international trips when required
Provide high-level administrative and operational support as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,077.94 – ₹51,606.28 per month
