Role & Responsibilities

Understand job requirements from hiring manager in detail and source relevant profiles
Post jobs on portals/ IJP/ invite referral applications as well as search profiles via job boards & database to find the right fit
Carefully screen and respond to all applicants
Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers, seek feedback and seamlessly coordinate to schedule interviews/ conduct assessments/ online assignments etc.
Ensure collecting detailed feedback from hiring managers and use it to hire the best fit within defined TAT
Collect necessary documents & negotiate salary with candidates and propose offers (within parity) for approval
Maintain connect with offered candidates till onboarding & ensure all documentation is completed pre-joining
Update & maintain various trackers & hiring reports
Assist in driving campus hiring programs
Ensure overall candidate & stakeholder experience is impeccable during the entire hiring process

Maintain TAT & source-mix ratio
Seamless coordination- zero delays
Error-free offer processing
Stakeholder management- both internal (hiring manager) as well as external (candidates)
Relevant Experience

1+yrs. (any industry/ corporate)

Technical Competencies

MS Office (excel, word, ppt) & G Sheets

Proficient with portals like Naukri/ Indeed/ LinkedIn etc.

Behavioral competencies

Inter-personal skills, communication, co-ordination, time management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
