Job Opportunity: Expert Career Counsellors (ECC) at Back2study

We’re looking for passionate Career Counsellors to join our team! Help UK-based students find the right study options, guide them through university applications, and ensure eligibility for student finance.

Role & Responsibilities:

Counsel students on relevant study programs & university requirements
Manage student profiles & CRM data
Collect documents & guide through application process
Ensure finance eligibility & follow-up with students
Generate referrals & reviews
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in student counseling
Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English)
Work hours: Monday-Saturday, 2 pm – 11 pm (Chembur Office or WFH option)
If WFH: Own room, good WiFi, laptop (8GB RAM, 128GB SSD), and noise-canceling headphones
Compensation:

₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + performance bonuses
