Export Operation Executive ( Night Sift Work From Home )

Job Title: Export Operations Executive
Shift: Night Shift (Work from Home)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Export Operations and Documentation

Job Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for export planning, container booking, and logistics operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Process purchase orders efficiently and report cost metrics to the management.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely material availability and stuffing as per client contracts.
Ensure materials are delivered in the correct quantity and quality, at the right time and location.
Monitor daily arrival of containers at the plant for stuffing to meet vessel schedules.
Negotiate or dispute additional freight charges and maintain relevant documentation.
Monitor real-time freight (ocean/road) rates and negotiate with freight forwarders and transporters to reduce costs.
Release Shipping and Original Bills of Lading (SWBs/OBLs) upon vessel arrival at the destination.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
