Front Desk Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greeting patients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
Appointment Management: Scheduling appointments, managing the appointment calendar, and coordinating with doctors and other staff.
Check-in/Check-out: Managing patient check-in and check-out processes, verifying patient information, and handling related paperwork.
Communication: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and ensuring clear and effective communication between patients, staff, and other departments.
Record Keeping: Maintaining patient records, managing files, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Administrative Tasks: Performing various administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, mail handling, and ordering supplies.
Billing and Payments: Assisting with billing processes, collecting payments, and handling related documentation.
Maintaining the Reception Area: Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
