Role Overview

As the Front Office Executive at Zell Education, you will be the face and voice of our organization. This role demands a polished, proactive, and courteous professional to ensure a smooth and welcoming front desk experience for all guests, students, and staff. You will play a vital role in creating a strong first impression and maintaining the front office’s operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Guest Relations & Reception:

· Welcome and assist visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with clarity and confidence.

· Manage the visitor logbook, issue visitor badges, and coordinate with internal departments.

· Front Desk Operations:

· Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area.

· Ensure the reception area reflects the brand’s premium image.

· Monitor daily check-ins and coordinate meeting room bookings.

· Student & Client Handling:

· Greet and guide walk-in students or clients, answer general queries, and assist in scheduling appointments or meetings.

· Provide information on courses, departments, or point-of-contact as needed.

· Administrative Support:

· Receive and distribute courier packages, documents, and office supplies.

· Maintain office stationery inventory and manage procurement.

· Support internal meetings and coordinate room setups.

· Communication & Coordination:

· Act as the liaison between departments for front desk communication.

· Notify staff about visitor arrivals and handle urgent messages efficiently.

· Assist in onboarding coordination for new joiners from a front-office perspective.

· Facility Monitoring:

· Coordinate with housekeeping for cleanliness and upkeep of common areas.

· Report maintenance issues promptly to the admin or facilities team.

What We’re Looking For

· Well-groomed and presentable professional with strong interpersonal skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

· Proven experience in front desk, reception, or customer-facing roles preferred.

· Proficient in MS Office and basic office tools.

· Organized, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

· Prior experience in education, hospitality, or corporate reception will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
