Front office manager

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

Supervise daily office operations including facility management, supplies, and vendor coordination
Maintain cleanliness, order, and professional appearance of the office
Manage maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping services
HR & Staff Coordination:

Assist in onboarding of new employees
Maintain attendance records, leave applications, and employee documentation
Support employee engagement and welfare activities
Finance & Procurement Support:

Monitor office expenses and petty cash
Coordinate with accounts team for bill payments and reimbursements
Handle procurement of office supplies, furniture, and IT assets
Communication & Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors
Organize internal meetings, appointments, and events
Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and visitors
Compliance & Documentation:

Maintain updated records of licenses, AMC agreements, and contracts
Ensure company policies are followed within the office
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
