Front Office Manager
Supervise and manage front office operations including reception, visitor handling, and administrative support.
Ensure a warm, professional, and efficient welcome to all visitors, clients, and guests.
Train, schedule, and supervise front desk personnel.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment.
Monitor and improve customer service standards at the front desk.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
Oversee appointment scheduling, phone call management, and mail handling.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for front office requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly reports related to front office functions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
