Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly & very good appearance, presentable, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist should make a positive impression, greet visitors warmly, and ensure the smooth flow of communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
· Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and presentation
· Manage incoming and outgoing courier/deliveries
· Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges
· Schedule meetings and appointments when required
· Coordinate with housekeeping and admin for office upkeep
· Handle basic administrative duties like filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
· Assist HR/Admin teams with clerical support as needed
· Monitor front desk supplies and order as necessary
· Handle queries and complaints from visitors or callers politely and efficiently
Required skills & Responsibilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Presentable very good appearance and professional behavior
· Minimum Graduate in any discipline
