Key Responsibilities:

During your training period, you will be exposed to various aspects of our operations and will be expected to:

Learn and Adapt: Actively participate in all assigned training modules, workshops, and on-the-job training sessions. Quickly grasp new concepts, technologies, and methodologies.

Project Involvement: Assist senior engineers and project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various engineering projects. This may include:

Preparing technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
Assisting in the design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving under supervision.
Operational Support: Shadow experienced professionals to understand day-to-day operations, processes, and best practices within your assigned department.

Quality & Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices. Understand and contribute to quality assurance processes.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, and contribute innovative ideas.

Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues across different departments.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports on assigned tasks and training modules.

Mentorship: Actively engage with mentors and senior staff to seek guidance and feedback for professional development.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institution.
Salary: 10,000 – 13,500 ( Upon Interview).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹13,500.00 per month
