Hardware and network engineer

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Networking and Computer Hardware Engineer with basic to intermediate (L1/L2) experience to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining our hardware infrastructure and ensure seamless network operations for internal teams and client systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and basic IT peripherals
Perform network cable management and basic connectivity testing
Handle L1-level issues such as user system errors, hardware faults, and software reinstallation
Support L2 tasks like LAN/WAN troubleshooting, basic switch/router configuration, and network diagnostics
Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets and hardware
Coordinate with senior IT staff for escalations and complex issue resolution
Provide remote and on-site support as needed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month

Experience:

Computer networking: 2 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

100% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
