Job Title: Admin and HR Assistant (Fresher)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, organized, and have good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in handling employee records and documentation
* Support recruitment process: scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and maintaining databases
* Help in onboarding and induction of new employees
* Maintain office supplies, inventory, and ensure smooth administrative functioning
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic correspondence
* Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities
Required Skills:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Attention to detail and time management
* Ability to multitask and work in a team
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)
* HR or administrative internships will be a plus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
