HR Assistant – Night Shift
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant (Night Shift) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist the HR department in recruitment, payroll management, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. This role requires someone who is highly organized, can work independently during night hours, and has a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records in systems.
Support the preparation and processing of monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Track attendance, leaves, and maintain related reports.
Handle employee queries and provide necessary support.
Assist in drafting offer letters, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a night shift or remote setting.
Familiarity with HR software and payroll tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
