HR Executive
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee training, and performance tracking. You will ensure seamless hiring processes, drive employee development, and monitor KPIs to align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive and mid-level roles (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing).
Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
2. Training & Development:
Design and conduct training sessions (soft skills, technical upskilling, compliance).
Track training effectiveness and ROI.
3. Performance Management:
Monitor KPIs/metrics for individual and team performance.
Prepare reports and suggest improvements.
4. HR Operations:
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll support).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
5. Employee Engagement:
Address grievances and foster a positive work culture.
Organize engagement initiatives (team-building, feedback surveys).
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
Experience: 2 years in HR, with expertise in recruitment/training.
Technical Skills:
MS Excel (for KPI tracking/reports).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking.

Pay: ₹10,098.27 – ₹32,843.01 per month
