HR & Finance Coordinator

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong numerical and analytical skills

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and finance or HR platforms (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho)

· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

· Clear communication skills and ability to liaise with staff across departments

· Well-organised, with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

Experience & Qualifications

· Previous experience in a combined HR and finance coordination role preferred

· Familiarity with subscription-based or course-based business models is a plus

· Understanding of payroll systems, commission structures, and payment gateways (e.g. Stripe, GoCardless)

· Strong administrative background with exposure to HR policies and record-keeping

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

· 100% daily reconciliation of payments and failed payments

· Timely and accurate commission calculations (by 3rd working day of each month)

· <24 hour turnaround for attendance & holiday logging

· 100% monthly report submission on staff bonuses and learner dropouts

· Zero data entry or processing errors in HR & finance trackers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Balongi, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Bachelor's (Preferred)
