Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR & Recruiter to join our team, combining core human resource management functions with end-to-end recruitment responsibilities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for both talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management

Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance in line with company standards and labor laws.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters, contracts, and exit interviews.
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and attendance records.
Address employee grievances, promote workplace harmony, and ensure effective communication.
Assist in performance evaluation processes and training coordination.
Oversee leave management, medical insurance administration, and other employee benefits.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and social media.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and assessments with technical teams and hiring managers.
Negotiate salary packages and prepare employment offers.
Maintain a recruitment pipeline database for current and future hiring needs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
