Summary:
Seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive strategic HR initiatives, manage end-to-end HR operations, and support business goals through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and workforce plans
Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding
Manage payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws
Lead employee engagement, relations, and retention initiatives
Drive training and development programs
Ensure HR data integrity and reporting through HRIS systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
